The original business, Coventry Silver Craft Company, was founded by a gentleman called Ernest Williams. Mr. Williams was a skilled metal worker, starting the company in his garden shed in Coventry. Eventually, the business moved to a workshop on the site of the current University. The business continued to grow and moved again to a purpose-built workshop.

Coventry Silver Craft was purchased by Worcestershire Medal Service and its sister company Gladman and Norman. This was a fantastic opportunity to combine knowledge, skills, and product range.

When the world came to a grinding halt, the business briefly closed its doors due to the nationwide Covid-19 lockdown. The months to follow were challenging as events, clubs, and gatherings no longer took place. With the hard work and dedication of staff members, the business pulled through. At this point, it felt like the right time to rebrand and build a successful business.

The name and logo may have changed but the knowledge, experience, and quality still exist. The same friendly team are just a phone call away.
